- SIZE & Quantity of tiles is a MUST at time of RSVP. Questions? Call Deana for help.
- Sign up for a 15 minute appointment PER CUSTOMER or FAMILY, not per tile being ordered.
- Customers pay me at time of purchase. Tax will be added. CIC accepts VISA/MC, checks and cash.
- Tiles take approximately 3 ½ weeks to complete
- Tiles will be picked up at an agreed upon location or at Captured In Clay location
- Tiles are packaged in either gift boxes (3 ½ x 7 or 7 x 7) OR bubble wrap (larger tiles)
- During an appointment, customers will be completing an order form. Sample tiles are available to assist customers in making choices. Impressions take only a few seconds and will be done during the appointment. If an impression tile is being made, the child MUST be present. This is a CLEAN process – children/area will not get messy.
- Customers will select fonts, decorative stamps, impression layout, glaze color and display options at time of order
- Gift certificates are available for purchase
NOTE – 3 1/2" x 7" is for INFANTS only. Babies older than 5 months rarely fit properly on this size tile because their hand span is too wide or the foot is too long. Ornaments are freeform cut outs of impression and are for infants only.
