We have had a great start to our MomsBloom "From Me to We" parent support group. The group will meet the second and fourth Thursday of the month at Metro Hospital's Spartan Family Birthplace Classroom on the second floor of Metro Hospital. We will meet from 9:30 am-11am. Please join us as we discuss how to adjust to the new little life in your famliy, from tips on siblings, basic infant care, stratigies for coping, to supporting families dealing with postpartum depression, we discuss what is important to you.
Looking forward to seeing you on the second and fourth Thursday's beginning this month!
